{"id":8575,"date":"2022-06-07T14:10:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-07T14:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/plastimol.servidorbeta.es\/?p=8575"},"modified":"2023-07-25T10:04:08","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T10:04:08","slug":"plan-de-igualdad-de-plasticos-de-molina-s-l","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/baocreciendo.com\/pruebasplastimol\/plan-de-igualdad-de-plasticos-de-molina-s-l\/","title":{"rendered":"I PLAN DE IGUALDAD DE PLASTICOS DE MOLINA, S.L."},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El 18 de junio de 2021, en la sede de Plastimol se llev\u00f3 a cabo la firma del Plan de Igualdad de la empresa, por la Comisi\u00f3n de Igualdad.<\/p>\r\n<p>El 20 de abril de 2022 revisado el contenido del acuerdo, y en base a lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 46.4 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2007, de 22 de marzo, para la igualdad efectiva de mujeres y hombres, en el R.D. 901\/2020, de 13 de octubre, por el que se regulan los planes de igualdad y su registro, as\u00ed como en el R.D. 713\/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y dep\u00f3sito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo, qued\u00f3 inscrito en el Registro Electr\u00f3nico de Convenios Colectivos, Acuerdos Colectivos de Trabajo y Planes de Igualdad, con c\u00f3digo n\u00ba 30110472112022.<br \/><br \/>El plan es transversal, preventivo y con el di\u00e1logo social, como principio y cuyo objetivo es seguir avanzando en la igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres.<br \/><br \/>Mejorar la vida de las personas es parte de la visi\u00f3n de nuestra empresa, y esto no solo pasa por crear un lugar de trabajo diverso e inclusivo, sino tambi\u00e9n por generar cambios que impacten positivamente en Plastimol.<br \/><br \/>Medidas pioneras como garantizar el ejercicio de los derechos de conciliaci\u00f3n, informando de ellos y haci\u00e9ndolos accesibles a toda la plantilla y dar a conocer las medidas de conciliaci\u00f3n o la puesta en marcha del protocolo de violencia de g\u00e9nero, son algunos ejemplos de c\u00f3mo ser agente de cambio social con este Plan de Igualdad.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 18 de junio de 2021, en la sede de Plastimol se llev\u00f3 a cabo la firma del Plan de Igualdad de la empresa, por la Comisi\u00f3n de Igualdad.
